All are welcome to attend A&S nights. Take a class, bring a project to work on
or just come to socialize with other artisans.

Please join us at 6pm on Monday evenings in Butler PA (contact Katla
for directions) to learn or share medieval art forms. In the past we have experimented with scribal arts, heraldic display, brewing,
card weaving, costuming, hard cover and limp bound books, soap making, needle cases,
hemp jewelry, blackwork embroidery, cooking, finger woven cords, silk painting,armor making and medieval fishing.

THLady Katla has challenged shire members to enter an A&S competition this spring.
October was A&S competition kickoff month, but much more is being planned in the coming months.
Whether you are planning to enter a competition or not, please join us when we do activities geared towards helping us understand more about A&S competitions in general.

The scribes (and those interested in the scribal arts of calligraphy, illumination,
gilding, etc) meet frequently during A&S nights. Please contact

Brewers' Guild
So many folks are interested in brewing that the Brewers' Guild has been reprised.
Beer brewing is happening approximately once a month on a day and time determined by interest
